Pay only for operators in the field.
Site Managers (property owners) are always free. Contractors pay a flat per-operator monthly fee. No setup costs, no contracts.
Why per-operator?
Operators are the value source — they're the ones generating the service records. Tying price to active operator count keeps the pricing fair for small crews and scales linearly with the work you do.
What if I add an operator mid-month?
Stripe prorates the addition to the current billing period. You pay the partial month for the new operator; the full month starts on the next billing cycle.
What if an operator leaves?
Remove them in the Contractor dashboard; the quantity drops on your next invoice. No early-termination fees.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription stays active through the current paid period. After that, the org is suspended (read-only). Your data + the property owner's audit history are preserved.
