Terms of Use

1. Acceptance.

By creating a SiteProof account, you ("User") agree to these Terms of
Use ("Terms") with SiteProof, Inc. ("SiteProof"). If you do not agree,
do not create an account or use the platform.

2. Account types.

SiteProof recognizes three account types: (a) Site Manager — a property
owner or designated representative; (b) Contractor — a service provider
performing work on Site Manager properties; (c) Operator — an individual
performing field work on behalf of a Contractor. Each account type has
distinct permissions and obligations described in the SiteProof Help
Center.

3. Acceptable use.

You agree not to (a) attempt to access data outside the organizations
you belong to; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise probe the
platform's security model; (c) upload content that is unlawful,
infringing, or harmful; (d) impersonate any person or entity. SiteProof
may suspend or terminate accounts in violation of this section.

4. Service availability.

SiteProof targets but does not guarantee continuous service availability.
SiteProof may perform scheduled maintenance, security updates, and
incident-driven downtime without prior notice. SiteProof is not liable
for losses arising from service unavailability.

5. Modifications.

SiteProof may modify these Terms by publishing a new version. Material
changes require re-acceptance on next sign-in. Continued use after
re-acceptance constitutes agreement to the new Terms.

6. Termination.

You may terminate your account at any time via the Settings page.
SiteProof may terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or for
non-payment (Contractor accounts).

7. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
