SiteProof Platform License

1. Grant.

SiteProof, Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
right to access and use the SiteProof platform during the term of your
account, subject to these Terms.

2. Data ownership.

You retain ownership of all content you submit (job records, photos,
notes, etc.). You grant SiteProof a worldwide, royalty-free license to
use, store, reproduce, modify, transmit, and display that content
solely for the purpose of operating the platform and providing the
service to you and to the other parties with whom you've consented to
share (e.g. your Site Manager).

3. Aggregated + de-identified data.

SiteProof may compile aggregated, de-identified data derived from
platform usage and use it for product improvement, benchmarking, and
analytics. Such data does not personally identify any individual or
organization.

4. Restrictions.

You may not (a) sublicense the platform; (b) use the platform to compete
with SiteProof; (c) circumvent any access control or RLS policy;
(d) extract bulk data outside the documented export mechanisms.

5. Termination.

Upon termination, SiteProof will preserve your data for 30 days during
which you may request export. After 30 days, SiteProof may delete the
data subject to legal retention obligations described in the Privacy
Policy.
