Hofund Mirror SDK License

1. Background.

SiteProof is built on the Hofund Mirror data platform operated by
Hofund Labs ("Hofund"). The Hofund Mirror SDK records consent decisions
and behavioral / operational events from your use of SiteProof and
transmits them to Hofund under the consent layers you accept.

2. Consent layers.

By accepting this license, you grant Hofund consent under the following
layer:

  product_analytics — Hofund may use event-level operational data
  (job starts, completions, geofence interactions, photo captures) to
  power cross-application analytics, anonymous benchmarking, and product
  research. Data is associated with your account-level identifier but
  not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

3. Withdrawal of consent.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing
privacy@siteproof.co. Withdrawal terminates further event ingestion
into Hofund Mirror but does not retroactively remove already-ingested
data; the right to erasure is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Hofund's separate terms.

Hofund Labs operates the Mirror data platform under its own terms,
available at sdk.hofundlabs.com/legal. By using SiteProof you also
agree to those terms as they relate to your data.
