Share-with-Owner Grant

1. What this grant covers.

By accepting this grant, you agree that SiteProof may share the
following data about your work on a Site Manager's property with that
Site Manager:

  - Your name and role
  - GPS coordinates and accuracy at the moment of job start, job
    completion, and during the active job period
  - All photos you capture (before, after, issue, progress, extra)
    with their embedded timestamp + GPS metadata
  - Job status events (assigned, started, in progress, completed,
    skipped, cancelled, reopened)
  - Any notes attached to the job

2. Why this grant exists.

The Site Manager is the property owner. They are paying their
Contractor for the work being done. Their visibility into the work is
why SiteProof exists and is the value the Contractor pays for. The
Site Manager has agreed to handle your data responsibly under
SiteProof's Privacy Policy.

3. What is NOT shared.

Site Managers do NOT see: your sign-in credentials; your phone number;
GPS data from your device when no job is active; data from jobs at
properties owned by other Site Managers (those stay in their tenant
silo).

4. Scope.

This grant applies only to jobs you perform at properties owned by
Site Managers who have invited your Contractor into SiteProof. It does
not authorize any other party to access your data.

5. Withdrawal.

You may withdraw this grant by leaving your Contractor (your account
is suspended within your Contractor org). Withdrawal does not
retroactively remove already-shared data; the Site Manager retains
their service-record archive.
